NDT Training
Practical, code-compliant NDT training taught by certified Level III instructors. NDT training delivered at your facility — or ours. Certified Level III instruction taught by inspectors who use these techniques every day.
Why HansenNDE?
Our instructors aren’t just trainers — they’re working NDT professionals. Every HansenNDE instructor is certified (ASNT, API) and qualified to perform inspections to any code, standard, or specification you work under. The techniques you learn in our classroom are the same ones being used in the field, on real parts, today.
We take a consultative approach. Before training begins, we take the time to understand what you’re inspecting, what codes you work under, and what your team actually needs — so the methods, materials, and certification path we deliver fit your work, not a template.
Training delivered to you
Most HansenNDE courses are taught on-site at your facility. We bring the instructor, the curriculum, and the practical training plan to you — so your team trains on the equipment they actually use, without travel costs or downtime.
For technicians and smaller teams who’d rather come to us, courses are also available at the HansenNDE training facility.
Either way, course material meets the training requirements outlined in SNT-TC-1A, and class sizes are kept small so every student gets meaningful instructor and instrument time.

Questions About NDT Training
All HansenNDE instructors are ASNT and/or API certified Level III professionals with active field experience. They don’t just teach the methods — they use them.
Yes — on-site training at your facility is how we deliver most of our courses. We bring the instructor and the curriculum to you, and your team trains on the equipment they already use. Contact us for a custom quote.
Yes. Our training programs are built to meet the classroom training hour and content requirements described in SNT-TC-1A. Successful completion provides the documented training hours required for your certifying employer to issue certification.
Per SNT-TC-1A, certification is issued by the employer, not the training provider. We provide the classroom training hours, study materials, and exam preparation needed to qualify. If you need an outside Level III to administer and certify, ask about our Level III services.
